Incredible story and pictures. Don't know whether to applaud the farmer's luck - first rock missing the house; second rock halting just before - or criticise his complacency (mindful this isn't the first time it's happened) in not digging a ditch or planting trees (or similar) to try to halt future falls.

I'm interested to see how they will shift it without wrecking the house. Impressive.

I think a very large ditch and an embankment alongside it with the spoil would slow any rock friends down in future.
