Just saw this super handy little doohickey and was wondering if we have anything like it on this side of the pond? I'm trying to Google it but missing some keywords I think!

Although I find the auto on socket on the Karcher vacuum very handy sometimes the power tool is over the rating for the vac'a socket, my alternative is this: https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Main_Index ... index.html switch on the tool and start and stop the vac from the radio control in your pocket.

Depending on the size of your shop, couldn't you put a pull cord (bathroom light switch) in the middle of your shop and connect this to the vac?

The only issue with the American one is it would restrict your vac to just one tool.
