Interior Construction/ Fitted Furniture Manuals?

I'm looking for a reference book which shows traditional joinery and fitted furniture techniques and methods. Is there anything which specialises in this? I've seen plenty of interior architecture books with nice photos but can't seem to find anything which focuses specifically on fitted furniture and how it is (or was) built? It doesn't need to be glamorous with nice images, just useful!!!

I'm trying to focus more on traditional techniques here so anything which covers Victorian, Georgian etc would be useful, as would more modern styles such as Art Deco, Moderne etc.

and similar - there are loads there; though built-ins are relatively unusual until quite recently.
