Hi folks,

I have x 3 large P&J extraction units no longer required. The two smaller ones were each connected to bandsaw and the large one was connected to a panel saw. They all have 3ph motors but look like dual voltage. No start gear on them.

£200 each for the small ones, £350 for the big one.

Collection only from N. Wales near St. Asaph.

Better add some pics....

Hi, they look good units. Could I ask what the air flow is both the small and larger unit? Are the manual or automatic shakers in them? Or do they need air?

Hi Deema,

I’m afraid the air-flow isn’t shown anywhere and I don’t have the commissioning data.

The small ones have a manual shake rod and the large one has an auto-shake motor. Again, untested as no start gear, I think these are pretty bomb proof but no guarantees. I know a very good electrician who could connect these for you.

Sizes.
The small ones are 850 x 550 x 1700h
The big one (currently dismantled) will have a footprint of 1450 x 760 and will be 3385mm height once assembled.

Filters were last changed 2014, but don’t appear to be in bad condition. Some water has collected in the collection bin for the large one, but no sign of rust.
Unfortunately the stickers don’t give any more information, they’re just about service intervals, only legible on one of them but looks like they were serviced in 2017 or 2018.

Intake sizes.
Small ones are 125mm
Big one is 175mm

For flow rate and specification I'd contact PJ directly. I ordered 3 such units built to my specification with uprated motors for the school where I used to teach. You have the model numbers and serial numbers above so they should be able help. I always found them very helpful to deal with.
