Or then again you could just point out to the LOYL that you're simply a pawn in Rob's hands and you can't help all these LV orders, and incidentally look what was saved on shipping by adding in these things that were needed anyway...

Unfortunately LV are not yet carrying copies of "How to divorce without losing all your tools - A Neanderthal's Guide" so best tread carefully with the latter strategy. 8-[
