Hi
I am looking for a hing that can be embedded for a playset. the issue is it has to be flush and cant be seen from the outside.
Pivot hinge and piano hinges aren't working.
Tried to do it with a shoe rack hinge but the size doesn't work. it cant be a normal stay as its for kids the pinch points are too many.
Spent the whole day with this.
It only needs to go in 9/12 mm ply.
any pointers would be really great

Thanks, I think the flap hinge is the most appropriate but it could be cost prohibitive,
also thought about a knuckle hinge but think that could be really expensive, I have never made one before. Thought about a dowel at either end and just have it rotate

£1.25 is cost prohibitive? I thought the rumours about Scotsmen were false. :?
