Hi all... I have been trying to get replacement arbor bits (nut /outer -inner flanges) for a macallister Table Saw COD 250LTS.
I now realise its a fruitless task and am now trying to assess possible similar parts off other similar machines to use.
I have ended up looking closely at the Fox F36-527 10" Table Saw parts list.
I can source and precure the nut/flanges for the Fox ok, but unable to acertain beforehand the nut thread and flange hole diameter/flats that suits their motor arbor shaft.
The Macallister arbor shaft has threads ... - not quite 5/8 -18 UNF ..and might be 16 x 1.5 ..?(I am currently awaiting delivery of a 16mm nut to try.)
The plain arbor shaft measures 15.8mm dia.
A big ask but is there anyone out there with the above Fox table saw who might help me by actually measuring the arbor flange bores/flats and advising what the nut thread is?
If not possible I will take a punt on thhe Fox parts ..
Thanks in advance..Norm
