Matthew Platt at Workshop Heaven is a good egg! I am sure many on the forum who have benefited from his expertise and generosity would agree. I have particular reason to comment as he went the extra mile for me in sourcing a spoke shave.
I have previously bought from WH an excellent small spoke shave by Mujinfang and wanted more for my chair making course. Unfortunately it appears they are no longer produced and WH were no longer listing them. However when I enquired at WH Matthew said he would see if he could find the odd one laying around. He really came up trumps for me sending a beautifully fettled tool which works a treat, I hope it did not come from his own workbench. That is definitely extraordinary customer service, not something you find with many businesses. So a big thank you to Matthew .
