Hand Held Foam rubber sander with velcro - no one sells them

These things used to be sold by axminster and screwfix but now they don't seem to sell them any more.
They are a bit expensive for what they are but I love them and hate all the other alternatives which I have tried.

I found what I think is the sander but their sandpaper for them is over twice the price screwfix used to charge!

I'm not sure it's the same paper though.
I think I used to pay about 10p per sheet or 50 for a fiver.

I use an old pad from my sanders - when they get too worn for powered sanding they're usually grippy enough for hand sanding - with a wooden cabinet knob or home-made handle screwed to it.
