I enjoy The Wood Whisperer for learning techniques and picking up useful tips. Doucette and Wolfe are superb videoes and very inspirational. Paul Sellers has a good selection of videos too.

I like Peter Parfitt's videos. Is there anyone else who is worth a watch? Either for reviews or for making things?

Frank Howarth
Alain Vaillancourt
Matthias Wandel

John Heisz
Steve Ramsey
Half-inch Shy (anyone know what's happened to him?)
Steve Maskery
Jimmy Diresta
David Barron

that's the list from my subscriptions, the first 3 are essential viewing IMO

edit: forgot Ana White :D

I'll second John Heisz

Also Christopher Schwantz, Roy Underhill and Peter Sellers.

Reminds me of one of his films when he is the concierge in a hotel and there is a dog barking loudly behind a door.

The guest asks Sellers, "does your dog bite?".

Sellers replies, "No, my dog does not bite."

Guest on being bitten says to Sellers, "You told me that your dog does not bite".

Sellers, in his French accent, "That is not my dog".

Mike Waldt is another one, uk turner.

his presentation needs a bit of work but a varied number of videos and worth a watch
