Went to local Joinery Company on the scrounge at lunchtime, got enough 6 mm birch ply to give me 40 A4 size sheets and 20 ft of 2x1 mahogany which is great for framing my Pyro work, plus some odds and ends.There must have been 30 plus sheets of MDF and a few sheets of a type of block board about 2 inches thick--- would have needed a lorry to take it all

The moral talk to Joiners they are great people!!!!

Who’s a lucky boy, good for you, unfortunately not all joinery companies are made equal.

Went to one many years ago, not on the earhole but with the intention of purchasing a piece of timber (hardwood), but was more or less flung out of his yard (told to leave in a very aggressive way), needless to say. I told him what he could do with his timber plus his yard. :evil:

Never tried a joinery firm since.
Not that I am aware of any in my area.

Here is that he small ones do not have a lot to give.
Big Companys have production of pellets and all that is not ok for productions go in to pellets and sold on the market
