Good book on making fitted kitchen cabinets

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a really good classic book on the above? I've had the Andy Rae one recommended to me, but wondered if there are others? Bob Lang also seems to rate highly. Need to score a few of these books and gen-up pretty sharpish so I can have a go on my own kitchen. If anyone has some good books they don't use any more, I might buy.

somewhere. I thought it had some pretty good ideas in it, but is maybe a bit too American.
