I'm getting close to finishing my new wooden doors and I've had to have a rethink on hinges.

Was going to use these (or similar)

but have concerns about security as the fixing screws will end up exposed.

Now thinking about these

Would have to use 4 per door (2 in the top third and two in bottom half) due to weight but the doors are only going to be opened about twice a year so not exactly heavy use!

Anyone know if this will work or am I going to have trouble?

Edit - I can't get the images to link but the first hinges are cranked hook and ride and the second are large ball race (127 mm)
 
I can't see the hinges from your link but you could consider using security through bolts instead of screws even if it means enlarging the holes or even coach bolts (the domed head showing on the outside).
