I just can';t get my head around these. I have a set but all the photos inside it are supposed to be private. Yet there they are...visible. Just in case I had a cookie setting that was kidding it into letting me view as 'me' I tried a different browser and reset everything inside it.

You can also make your photos 'non searchable' which might be the setting you need to turn on?

I think I've worked out what needs to be done...but it is counter-intuitive. You can browse your photos using Organiser and drag into the centre pane those images that you want to do a batch operation on..such as making private. When you go to permissions, the pop-up window already has Private ticked...and from that one could reasonably assume that it was reflecting the current state. Not so. You have to click on public then click on private then OK and it has the effect of setting them to private. Clunky?
