Fine Woodworking impressive customer service

I have subs with both FWW and Fine Homebuilding. They both expire around about now and I didn't want to renew at an international rate for two years when I will be able to buy a local sub for much less soon. However I didn't want to miss out on issues either.

Explained the situation to their customer services to see if they could renew the difference once I move to Canada. Their reply was that they have extended both subs for two issues for free and that I should renew locally when I get to my new home. I certainly will!

Will you quit it with this good fortune lark Tim, sold the house without tears (not surprising seeing the quality) moving to a life enriching location, being served by companies that know the customer counts if that is typical.
