I am thinking of finding someone to share my workshop.
It is a pretty decent size and I could make a specific area available for someone wanting to rent some space.
I don’t feel like I use it enough as sometimes I am working on site for a couple of months and barely set foot in there so it seems a bit of a waste as well as costing me money!
Is anyone from here looking to rent somewhere or does anyone have any suggestions on how to find someone.
It’s in a fairly nice rural location, but very close to main roads in the area so a good position (also walking distance of a train station)
I have attached a picture of the floor plan the machine room is about 8m x 5m for scale.
