could depend on the terms and condtions of the 10% BUT if they are seen tobe decieving to gain sales then your local trading standards office may have a word with them , what web site is it on ?

i think i'd give your local trading standards a ring , although they can't make them give you 10% off they can make them alter their website

Id get the power of consumer support behind you. Let them know there's an entire site of woodworkers that have sworn off their site because of it and point them to this thread.

I would agree normally with that about Festool. But the one thing they are flexible on is the accessories away from the tools. You can often get a bit of a discount on certain parts if you get to know your dealer.
