I recently purchased a vintage scroll saw on ebay that is collect only in Dartford.
The original plan was that a friend of mine who had a job that took him to the area on a regular basis was going to collect it for me.
He however has changed his work pattern and is now not able to do that and I won't be able to get there myself until the Christmas period.
The seller wants this thing gone asap it is paid for.
Is there a forum member in Dartford who would be prepared to collect this for me and store it for a few weeks until I can collect it?
I will of cause reimburse the costs involved.

hi

how big is it ?

what is the time frame for collection?

will it be paid for?

evening collection?

Thanks for the replies.
Above is a picture of the saw but it looks bigger that it is and is about the size of a small fridge I think and will weigh about 20kg
Courier would be an option but for the £10 I paid for it I don't think the seller would be prepared to pack it.
Maidstone to Dartford would be much further than I would ask anybody to do for me.

Good grief, my Dad had one of those! 1/2 round leather drive belt and a metal link joiner that "clicked" each time it went round. His ended up with a 1/4 horse motor on it. I made a few jigsaws on that, Happy dayz!
