I typically lurk at the hand tools forum but in this case, I have a question for the turning community. I'm in the process of reviewing a few early turning books for reprinting and would like to know what you think of them (I'm not a wood turner and as such have no real frame of reference)
Temple Thorold: 1867 series from Routledge's Every Boys Annual
William Fairham: Woodworker Series; Wood Turning
A few people have asked if I intend to reprint the Holtzapffel Vol II. That's been done and is in print from Astragal so unless there is a great demand for it, it's not on my list at present.
