Hi all,
My Elu 3601 bandsaw (older version of the B&D 3501) has been sluggish starting up and I suspect the capacitor, so I took it out and put it down - somewhere!! Now either I have put it in an obvious 'safe place' which of course will turn out to be anything but safe or obvious, or, the tool fairies have been at it again. They occasionally visit my shed with mischief in mind. Either way I can't find the d@mn thing.
Anyway, does anyone know what size capacitor is used in these bandsaws? I can get one online by quoting the part number from an exploded diagram, but they don't give the actual capacitance. I have several capacitors in the shed so I want to check if one is suitable before I buy.
