Ebay Business Account

I have an Ebay business account and at the bottom of the listings are my contact details, which I think is a good thing. For obvious reasons Ebay hide this as best as they can but it must be a legal requirement for them to show contact details or they wouldn't do it at all?

I have had a few people say that if they access Ebay with a mobile device then the contact details don't show at all. i.e. they're not on the page.

Does anyone here know if it that's the case?

I've just looked at one of my listings on a Google nexus 7 and there is an option to view legal requirements and all my contact details are there.

This seller has his contact details plainly written in their listing but the part I'm on about is at the bottom of the page where you have to click on the small arrow to reveal the full details

Well someone has got to ask so it may as well be me, how do you "speak" to people if they don't have your contact details?

Spoke as in Ebay messages...............

Having said that, on my listings I don't write any of my contact details in the description because I'm not really sure as to what you can or can't do so the only place my details can be seen is under the "Business Seller Information"

So I spoke to someone on the phone today about my listing and I did say my contact details were on the page, she looked using her mobile and said she couldn't see them. I can only assume she looked earlier on a computer because she got my number from Ebay
