Earlex - Outstanding service

I recently purchased an Earlex HV5500 spray station, which was on offer, for an imminent project completion.

I called the Earlex service centre for some advice on appropriate needle sizes for the finishes I intend to spray. The chap, Brian I believe, could not help enough, explaining what was needed and how to go about it. As well as the additional needle I purchased (£18 from Earlex - £48 from Amazon??) I bought a few accessories. On receipt of delivery they had included two of the same item, rather than the two different items I ordered. A quick call to Earlex telling them what had happened resulted in a replacement item being shipped that afternoon with no need to return the incorrectly despatched item.

Suffice to say, a business which provides good old fashioned and courteous after sales service. Thoroughly recommended.

It's good to get service - I've attempted to correspond with three supposedly highly professional companies in the last month that cannot be bothered to reply to an email. All three I was trying to buy from.
