Dust Bag Closer?

Hi,
I have misplaced the plastic strip on my belt sander dust bag.
To replace it I got to purchase another bag which I don't need at £12.00 with p/p.
Any ideas what I could use or utilise instead? :?

dunno how long it has to be but you can get clips to seal bags from the supermarket or you should be able to go to a stationers and get a long clip that hold pieces of paper together like the spine of a book. Failing that try Halfords for door protectors.

Your local Euronics or similar might help, I got a replacement strip for a hoover that uses open ended filter bags for a couple of quid. Having just looked at the closer on my Makita dust bag it's quite a different profile though, so it's only a maybe....

The plastic book spline fits like a glove on my Matika 9404, costs 85p.
