hi all, went to a car boot sale = trouble, among many tools purchased i got a screwfix dovtail jig thown in with a router and router table which i bought.
the jig has no instructions or router bit`s with it, i had a bearing guided roiter bit in my workshop (it`s a 1/4 shank 14.3 x 15.1 7 degress) the comb on the jig is 1/2".
when i cut a joint the dovetail`s match but are about 2mm `loose`, i think this is because i have a 9/16" router bit with a 1/2" comb, however i cannot find a 1/2" bearing guided dove bit.
does any one have any instructions (web link) for this jig, also would a 11.1mm bush on my trend t5 with a 1/2" dove bit do the same job as a bearing guided bit?
