We just lost our Gunner and it has broken our hearts. We know that there are a few bad dogs (which usually come from bad owners) but most dogs would die for their family and all they want is a square meal and a few hugs. Funnily enough I have found that a great many woodies have one or two laying about the workshop

Same here Mike, our beloved Bara died on June 26th. and we are still in shock As you say she would have laid down her life to protect us and only wanted food and water and companionship.
