dml 320 opinions please

Hi folks

Just wondering if anyone has opinions on the Record Power DML320 Professional Cast Midi lathe. Currently have a cl3 but space needed in workshop so considering a smaller machine. Any opinions appreciated.

looks a good spec. Now that record have ditched mt1 and 3/4 x 16, I think they have really upped their game.

Alternatively, could you cut the bars of your cl3 if length is the issue?

Not thought of that. It's an idea worth considering. Could mount on a bench and lose the leg stand and outboard rest.
