I am thinking of trying to get some daylight back into my shop.
I have a double garage that over time as been extended to the sides and to the back, which is where the two windows are and now let in no daylight into the shop
It as a sloping roof from front to back, that is felted.
So can anyone suggest a good way of doing it so no water holds on it.
I was also thinking of using the reinforced wire glass, but am open to options.Thank you.

What about a couple of veluxes? I know they are a bit pricy vs polycarbonate etc but they are so well built and the flashing so well constructed that there is no chance of a leak if put in properly. Plus you can open them to get some ventilation should you need.

Cheers

Thanks Tim.
I had thought of these but they are too expensive for what i need to do.
I am looking at a longer piece or 2 to go across, about 6'x2'.

There are some cheap velux "look likes" in screwfix catalogue, that I'm eyeing up to do the same thing.

Added advantage would be, as Tim says, a bit of air flow in the coming long hot summer (I wish!).
