Dangerous? - chain blade in disc cutter

I think my preference would be to not wear gloves - better control of the tool, and less chance of my entire hand getting eaten after being pulled into the blade. Having said that, I don't like these tools, and probably would use my tiny chainsaw in preference.

Chainsaw gloves are really slimy and slippery and nasty when they get wet, so I am not a big fan, and if this tool snagged a glove, I assume it would keep spinning with your hand fully attached. That might be entertaining.
 
As a now retired old school vehicle mechanic and life long hobby woodworker I would say that any sort of cutting blade in an angle grinder is very risky you cannot predict what is likely to go wrong in the way that you can with the likes of a table saw etc.
There is a reason they are called angle grinders and not angle cutters.
