Turned and carved these two guys up last week.

I learn something every day on here. Never seen (or even heard of) a cigar rest before.

They look lovely.
 
I'm not even a smoker and I really like them... Nice job.


One suggestion.... Make the top a bit thinner and larger...... I would happily use one to rest my custard creams on when having a brew.

You're not meant to tap the ash off a Cigar (good ones anyway) putting them on or in an ash tray can knock the ash off if it slides one of two ways, rolls or gets knocked picking up or setting down. A rest allows the smoker to put a cigar down without risk of knocking the ash off :)

At least that's what the wealthy cigar fans told me.
