Any thoughts on this wee beastie?

I'm on a budget and can get this new for £130. After playing with benchwayze's bandsaw this morning I've decided it's a must have :mrgreen:

mixed reviews. I have seen 2 reviews, one loved it, the other (more recently) despised the tool and returned it.

I've only seen good reviews so far. what confuses me though is it looks identical to the Sealey and Draper, apart from colour, and their reviews aren't nearly so favourable :?

Hmmmm Steve i would suggest the avi version instead. Did you see the recent thread on this and their 'customer service' ?

I have just sold my old W711 (upgraded to a larger saw) and did not have any of the problems reported by more recent purchasers. I suspect that whilst the badge may have stayed the same the machine and possibly its manufacturer has changed over the years. It may be worth looking at the dates of the reviews before making a decision.

AS said in other thread they appear very similar to the silverline models ( under £100 ) and they can be fiddly to be setup - but once set up properly seem to be fine.
