cd-rack / furniture fittings

Hello, I've been trying to fit springloaded cd-rack fittings which I purchased from a company called hafele to a cd rack and no matter what adjustments I make the cds stick and / or fail to spring out. As I have made a number of racks I'm eager to find some fittings that work. Can anyone recommend an online supplier of such fittings and funiture fittings in general. Any information much appreciated, cheers.

Have you tried ringing Hafele's helpline? I have found them to be absolutely excellent. Their number is at the top of their website.

Hi there have you fitted them on the right sides i have fittted these before with no problem.
