I think you right clicke ther name and then add "as Foe" or somthing like that. Might be wrong tho, but it is all I can see that is permissbale.

click on profile at the bottom of their post, then below the avatar on that page there is the option to add friend or add foe.

To ignore someone, as stated click the profile button on one of their posts then add them as a foe.
Or simply ignore their posts and comments.
