Anyone know what type bolt these are, they're from a featherboard kit,and they're too big for the milled recesses in my Basa 3 bandsaw?

They also come with either a 1/4 - 20 UNC thread or metric, the 1/4 being more popular as it is used by Kreg and the American brands, then you find you need non metric spanners and allen keys which can be a right pain when you put it in with your metric keys before realising. Some places to look

or maybe a kit

Would it not help a speedy resolution of your problem if you were to tell us the size of your recess?
My recesses are off limits😇,BUT,the onse on the bandsaw are 13mm, 11.9mmis the bar that'll go into the recess!

Recess is 13mm wide ,8.4mm depth

It looks like the UKJ ones are 18mm x 12mm (in both M6 and M8). I could not immediately find the thickness, but they say the bolt will fit their T-track, here: (UJK T-Track) and that has a 3mm deep slot, so the bolt cannot be any more than that.

Beware the Rutland’s kit - it’s all imperial sizes.

Please excuse the late additon. A standard hexagon-headed M8 bolt is 13mm across the flats and 5.5mm deep.
As long as the open width of the slot (I do not think you told us that number) is 8mm or more, it would fit.

If the slot is slighly narrower, you can reduce the shank of the bolt where it goes through the slot, keeping the threaded part untouched. Grab either end of the bolt in a drill chuck (13mm a/f will fit a 1/2" chuck) and file or grind it down locally.
