Can anyone help? I'm after a flat toothed blade with a 3mm kerf for an 8" table saw. I've made a box joint jig but the blade I have is an ATB and it shows on the cuts.
FYI, I got my blade through and have just tried it out. I got the 6mm blade. It fits perfectly in my saw, with a little bit of clearance.
After a few test cuts, I'm very pleased. It's much more prone to chip out than a dado would be, but that's to be expected with such a large cutting tooth. But if you take it slow, or use a zero clearance / sacrificial backing board, it's fine. The groove it cuts is perfectly flat, and a little over the 6mm tooth width.
