Beginners Carving set

Hi all,

Can anyone offer advice as to which carving set a beginner should buy?
Ive been on Rutlands and they have 2 decent looking sets for about £30.

Having looked at the threads you gave Alf, im quite interested in the Flexicut tools. I reckon those along with a good carving book of knowledge should start me off :lol:

As with so much searching, it helped to know that what I was looking for existed in the first place Even then it took three goes...
