re cut the bb king I made awhile back wasn't happy with it so I re made the pattern and recut it

The first one was good Bob but the second is superb! you can see all the extra work gone into your pattern design and cutting it out..... amazing how they don't break up with such fine detail. Do you cut the wood with your pattern stuck on and then back with the black? if so how do you stop the wood breaking when its so fine?

thanks Brian I use 4mm birch ply which is pretty strong and a fine no 1blade I usually cover the ply with wide masking tape first then stick my pattern on top with a glue stick the masking tape comes off easier than the glue the, black backing is just black card from the, 99p store
 
Fabulous! Great cutting skills and a great patten. What's the overall size of the piece?

thanks for the nice comments everyone Martin the fret board did give me a few scary moments and mechanism man the
overall size is 15 inches x 11
