What a great forum, such generous advice from members, thanks for accepting me as a member.

I have a very small workshop in my small basement. I haven’t made anything for a couple of years, so my wife has commandeered the space for her gym workouts… …Now, thanks to the inspiration from this group, I have restarted my hobby and hoping to re-establish dominance in the basement!

Hi and welcome , I’d recommend you serve her with a section 21 notice . She will have 2 months to find alternative accommodation for the gym and the gym related equipment. You then have 2 months to save up some cash to purchase tools and machinery. Should she ignore the section 21 then several of the ukw members will arrive to forcibly carry out the eviction process including any exercise related equipment lol
