Bandsaw lower wheel alignment

Hi,

I've been trying to work out why I can never get my bandsaw blade tracking in the centre of the bottom wheel. With any pressure in the blade it is races to the front edge of the wheel and won't go elsewhere unless inadequate pressure it applied.

I took a spirit level to it and it seems a long way off plumb to me...


At do you all think? Pic attached.

How does that compare with the frame?
If it is out, and if the bottom wheel is belt-driven, there should be adjusters on the back end of the stub-axle.

Unfortunately the wheel is directly attached to the motor I'm just trying some washers in the motor mount.

Ah. Yes, that is more difficult to tweak.

Yeah it's a right pita! I couldn't work out how to remove the bottom wheel off the motor so it was even more tricky to try and offset. I gave up on it for now will try again later.
