Bandsaw help

Hi all, just hoping for abit of advice really.

I have an old Walker Turner 16" bandsaw and its in pretty good working order but it could really do with a fence, some new tyres, and a bolt for the tilt mechanism to lock properly as there is no thread on the one thats on it.

Basically I was wondering the best way to go around sorting the tyres out for it and also if anybody could recommend any reasonably priced fences that will fit as ive been planning to make one since I got the machine and never got around to it.

Also I have been in 2 minds recently to sell this machine and get something more modern like a Record Power bs400, is this
abit of a dumb move or should I just keep and fix what I have?

Look on these forums, I have posted a link to a Kreg fence which is really good and I use on a bandsaw also an axminster one.
