At last after the two previous turning attempts I have one good one also A good finish after my discussion with Terry about the buffing system, just a shame it does not really show in the picture. Next job try and take some decent pictures. I am going to see if I can rescue the other two

Anyway made from beech and is 5 1/2" by 2" I had to get a bit creative with polishing the inside(note to self buy some small mops for the buffing system)

Thats a nice bowl but I have to echo what Marcros said, What were you doing wrong with the buffing system ?

I had not put enough of the brown stick on the mop and just a little too much of the white. Like most things just getting use to it. I think after a while I will be able to control the amount of shine I can produce.
