Ashwood chest

It's circa 450mm high. Lugs of wooden hinges tenoned through the end cleats of the top. Pic 2 is closer to the real colour. Wedged through tenons. Can double as table or seat when closed. Note that the lid is self-parking when open - no stays required.

I especially like the dark end panels - I've never seen such dark ask before. The wooden hinges are also very cool.
