Anyone recommend some good books about fencing & decking?

Wondered if anyone had any good recommendations for books about constructing fencing and decking? The more in depth and detailed the better.

There's a program in US called "decked out" you can prolly find episodes about - there's 2 series so far packed with tips and do / don'ts. Watch a few and it should make things clearer.
