Anybody use Tormek jigs on Highspeed grinder

I've just bought into the Tormek TNT system. Looking at my old gouges that are all sorts of angles it struck me that it would be a lot faster to do the initial reshaping on a normal grinder first. I was thinking of buying a spare horizontal base for the jig bar and mounting it somehow to the high speed grinder. Any of you old soaks tread this path before?. Piccies :lol: :lol:

The finger nail gouge is used by sorby as part of there universal sharpening system http://www.robert-sorby.co.uk/universal_sharp_sys.htm

So if you can get hold of or make the base you will be able to do what you want.
