Just wondered if anybody knows anything about this bit of old junk?
It's a model boat hull, about 4ft long. Has a blacksmith made anchor & chain. Prop shaft says it may have had a motor.
The most interesting thing about it is its carved from one piece of wood.
Doing a clear out - is this a valuable antique?

That's really nice.
Looks like it has never been completed and there are no signs of any engine beds having been fitted - so looks like no engine was fitted.
I have no idea of value, but if I had it I would restore and complete it.
 
Looks like it's carved from a single blank and not built bread and butter.

Are you going to finish it or preserve it?
