Much simpler this time, but I rather like it :D
The recipient owns a vintage glider, and was going to make him a glider clock, but it is currently in the O.F.F.S. cuts pile, fortunately, he also owns a scottie
simple is GOOD!!! :lol:

thanks Mr Mcscottie :) the wood is American white oak from a local builders wood supplier, the nice guy in there helps me root around for the nicest bits.
the clock in that one is from penkits uk, found them after I had bought a couple via amazon, his are actually cheaper, and really nice. It is the one that was supposed to fit the 60mm hole that I was struggling with, I suspect that problem may have been due to the £3.60 fleabay forstner bit, cuts nicely, but I think it's a bit undersized :lol: but following the good advice I got it worked out fine
