Hi,
I was wondering if I could get some advice on what to do with my bog oak.... Last month a friend of mine called in with a few pieces of bog oak that he had pulled out of the bog. The timber was about two months out of the ground when I got them. As you can see from the picture the pieces are in different lengths and sizes....but have a lot of splits and bog still attached.
I was wondering should I try to rough some cut blanks out of what I have and try to seal the endgrain or just leave them as they are for now?
Cheers,
John
