Managed to get the second Mistral pen kit turned today in a matching blank of mailee burr to the one I did yeasterday. That should be it for the moment back to something else

Consistent output quality there Derek, braver than me using spinning things this weather, afraid I stayed in a cosy room with the high-fi, refreshments and played with a few bits of plastic and nuts and bolts.
Clearing a 1mtr drift from the front door was as far as I ventured out and about in the property today.

Thanks Chas. i have a heater on 24/7 set on a thermostate to keep it just comfortable as the shed is insulated the only part of me that gets cold is my feet even though I have carpet down. A little while back Screwfix were giving away kneeling pads so I got one for the garden but it never got used it is a good 1" thick and by standing on that my feet were a little warmer

I've got enough heating in the lathe shed if needs must, find it difficult to relax and enjoy it when dodging the extremes of weather though.
