i spoke with the customer services dept. of alexander rose garden furniture just half an hour ago and thought i would share their good service with everyone.
we have had this furniture since 1999 and have been extremely pleased with it - only oiling it each year.
i occasionally dismantle each piece take it in the garage , leave it a few weeks so its properly dry and then oil it - well before christmas i did this with our garden bench - and put the bolts somewhere for safe keeping , so safe in fact ( i am sure you guessed ) i cant find them. #-o
i assembled the bench with normal zinc plated bolts - but it doesn't look right .
anyway following a conversation with a very nice lady at alexander rose they are sending me a set of the bolts. f.o.c.
now thats extremely good service as far as i am concerned. =D>
