Advice on price for 2nd hand Triton Equipment

Morning all,

I have been offered the following collection of Triton equipment:

Triton 2000 Workcentre
Triton Power Saw
Wheel kit for table
Router Plate
Mk1 Router Table
Biscuit Jointer attachment

(I am 'reliably' informed that the router table and biscuit jointer are the previous models made by the 'original' Triton company and are superior to the more recent equipment).

The price new for this stuff isn't far off £600 and I've been offered it for £240 (it's not dodgy stolen gear - the guy has just upgraded his workshop).

I have read lots of good reports on Triton equipment on here so my questions are:

1 - does the price seem like a reasonable / fair price? (there isn't much about on ebay to it's hard to compare, but it seems fair to me).
2 - is the kit on offer good kit, giving me a good quality table saw and router table? (based on previous posts I'd assume yes!)
3 - does anyone have any thoughts on the 'old vs new' router table comments?

All opinions / thoughts welcome!

I have the setup and instructional videos if you go for it. LMK and you can 'borrow' them.

That's about the cost of the saw on it's own and less than I sold my similar Triton set-up for.

Maybe it IS stolen then ... have you checked that your equipment is still in your workshop?!
