For the life of me I can't find a router bit that is 6.5 for plunging shelf pin holes.

Already purchased shelves and inserts but struggling with router cutter. I have made a 30mm holed template for use with a router cnc-ed already.

Anyone any clues?

I use 5mm shelf pins, which is pretty standard these days.

The older type with a sleeve require a lot of hammering in!

What material are you using? .15mm - 6 thou is the difference. Are the sleeves designed to be knocked/hammered/beaten or whatever in? they would fall out of exact sized hole, surely?

Yeah you're right Phil. They'll probably hammer in, gently as long as they don't distort I'm it will be fine. I'll keep you posted.
